Adoption across the whole brokerage

Adoption is broad: 116 of 182 agents (63.7%) act on the marketing they receive, opening it, downloading it, or distributing it without hand-holding from admins. This self-sufficiency lets agents follow through on the value they present to sellers, buyers, and rental clients.

Same price, more of the roster marketing

The price Collier pays has not changed since signing up, but the return has grown with the roster. On one flat rate, the brokerage now markets for more than half again as many agents as it started with, up from 150 at signup to roughly 240 today, so the same spend delivers about 60% more, and the return per dollar keeps climbing.

Per-seat tools scale the opposite way: with Canva Business or Breakthrough Broker, every agent you add adds cost, and the agent still has to log in and build the marketing themselves. To cover a roster this size, Canva Business would run about $62,500 a year and Breakthrough Broker about $45,000.
