How xara fills the calendar
The calendar fills itself. From listings and from local expertise.
Xara watches your MLS for listing events and your calendar for the gaps in between. When a listing changes, a campaign goes out. When nothing's happening, expertise content keeps the profile generating leads.

What get posted
Two kinds of content. Both working for your brokerage.
Listing posts promote each property. Between-listing posts keep your agents visible and generate leads.
Listing promotion
Every listing event. Promoted automatically.
The moment a listing status changes in the MLS, a post is built and scheduled. No agent action needed.

What gets created
Every post. Designed. Captioned. Published.
Xara builds the visual, writes the caption for the platform, and posts it. Your agents do not open a tool, fill a template, or write anything.
Listing promotion
No clicks. No requests.
A listing enters the MLS. Posts go live. Without anyone touching them.
Every agent in your brokerage gets posts built from live listing data the moment it enters the MLS. Captions are written to match each platform. Posts go live on the schedule. Your agents do not touch a tool.
- Listing details, photos, and price pulled directly from MLS data.
- Captions written for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn separately.
- Posts go out the day the listing is added, not when the agent gets around to it.

Presence engine
Between listings, your agents generate leads.
When listing activity is low, the queue fills automatically with content that builds your agents’ reputations as local experts. Buyers and sellers follow people they trust. That trust is built between listings.
- Neighborhood insights, market updates, and buyer tips posted on schedule
- Holiday and seasonal content keeps agents top of mind year-round
- Every post is specific to the agent’s market, not generic filler

30-day queue
Your queue updates when listings change. Agents can edit anything.
The queue stays 30 days ahead automatically. When a listing status changes, the queue updates to reflect it. Agents and admins can add, edit, or remove any post. The system does not fight you.
- Listing details, photos, and price pulled directly from MLS data.
- Captions written for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn separately.
- Posts go out the day the listing is added, not when the agent gets around to it.

Brand and personalization
Every post carries your brokerage brand. Every post is personal to the agent.
The brokerage sets brand rules once. Every post for every agent follows them automatically. Agents do not need to remember fonts, colors, or logo placement. The brand is always right.
- Brokerage logo, colors, and fonts applied to every post automatically
- Each agent’s name, photo, and contact details personalized per post
- Brand admins lock critical elements. Agents personalize within guardrails.

Two kinds of content. Both working for your brokerage.
Listings, market updates, neighborhood insights, and expertise content. Posted every day across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Without your agents touching a tool.
How it works
Three steps. Then it runs itself.
Set up takes less than a day. After that, your brokerage posts every day without anyone doing anything.
Brokerages using Xara
What this looks like at scale.
Not a pilot. Not a handful of agents. The whole brokerage, every day.
The moment a listing enters the MLS, the campaign is already building. Agents do not wait on marketing. Marketing does not wait on them.
Versus the alternatives
Every other tool needs someone to
remember to post.
Every tool your brokerage is already paying for waits for an agent to open it. When a listing enters the MLS and the agent is at a showing, nothing goes out.

Questions
Social media marketing for real estate: common questions
What social media platforms does Xara post to?
Xara posts to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. All three platforms are covered from a single brokerage setup. Agents do not need separate accounts or tools for each platform.
Do agents have to approve posts before they go live?
No. Auto-posting means posts go live on schedule without agent action. Agents can review their queue, edit any post, or remove something if needed. But doing nothing still works. If they take no action, posts still go out.
What types of posts are generated between listings?
Between listings, Xara generates lead-generating content: neighborhood insights, local market updates, buyer and seller education posts, holiday content, and agent expertise posts. These build your agents’ reputations as the local authority that buyers and sellers turn to when they are ready to move.
How is this different from a scheduler like Hootsuite or Buffer?
Schedulers publish content you create. They do not generate posts, write captions, pull listing data from the MLS, or detect when a listing changes status. With Hootsuite, your agents still have to create every piece of content themselves. With Xara, the content is built and published automatically. Agents do not have to touch a tool.
Does the brokerage control what gets posted?
Yes. The brokerage sets brand rules, approved content types, and publishing schedules. Agents can edit their own posts within those guardrails. Admins can manage the queue across all agents. Nothing goes out that does not meet the brand standard.
How does pricing work?
Xara is priced per brokerage, not per agent. The brokerage plan starts at $129 per month for 5 agents, with additional agents at $20 per month each. Volume discounts are available for brokerages with 100 or more agents. Book a demo and we will give you a quote based on your agent count.

Social media templates for real estate
A template library, and the system that runs it.
Xara is a real estate social media template library custom-built for your brokerage, with your existing inventory imported in and agents free to post manually whenever they want. The difference is that Xara also runs the templates for them, building, captioning, and scheduling every post automatically.
