Steps to Become a Member

  • 1Verify Eligibility
    Available to brokers, agents, appraisers, and REALTOR® associations operating in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • 2Application
Apply through the Bright MLS website at brightmls.com. You will need to provide your license number, expiration date, state, and association information.
  • 3Approval
    Your office has 14 days to approve the application. Once approved, receive your credentials and start integrating with Xara Cloud.
